1. About these terms
Moreful (“we”, “us”) provides a calm, AI-assisted personal life dashboard. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Moreful.
2. Private beta
Moreful is currently in a private beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. We may pause access at any time. Don’t rely on Moreful as your only record of anything important.
3. Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens through your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Moreful.
4. Your content
Everything you put into Moreful — tasks, reflections, people, moments — belongs to you. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to operate the service for you, including running AI features on your behalf.
5. AI features
Moreful uses AI models to generate suggestions, reflections, and summaries. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. It is not medical, legal, or financial advice. Use your own judgement, especially for anything that matters.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t use Moreful to harm others, break the law, attempt to access other people’s data, or interfere with the service. We may suspend or remove accounts that do.
7. No warranty & liability
Moreful is provided “as is” during beta, with no warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
8. Ending your access
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may close inactive accounts or end the beta with reasonable notice. On deletion, your personal data is removed in line with our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material we’ll let you know in-app or by email before it takes effect.
