1. Who we are

Moreful is a calm, AI-assisted personal life dashboard. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Contact: hello@moreful.app.

2. What we collect

• Account data — email, name, login credentials, sign-in provider.
• Profile & content — everything you put into Moreful: tasks, reflections, people, events, health reminders, moments, shared items.
• Usage data — basic logs of feature use, AI token usage, errors, and approximate device info.
• Communications — emails you send us and our replies.

3. Why we use it

• To run the service and show you your own data.
• To power AI features (suggestions, reflections, summaries) on your behalf.
• To keep the service secure, debug issues, and prevent abuse.
• To send essential service emails (sign-in, account, beta updates). Marketing emails only if you opt in.

4. AI processing

When you use an AI feature, the relevant content is sent to a model provider (such as Google or OpenAI) via our gateway to generate a response. We don’t use your content to train third-party models, and we don’t sell it. Don’t put information into Moreful that you wouldn’t be comfortable processing this way.

5. Who we share it with

• Infrastructure providers who host the app and database under contract.
• AI providers only for the request needed to produce a response.
• Email delivery providers for transactional emails.
• Authorities if legally required.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal content within 30 days, except where we’re required to retain limited records (e.g. for security or legal reasons).

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to object to certain processing. You can do most of this from Settings, or by emailing hello@moreful.app.

8. Security

We use industry-standard hosting, encryption in transit, row-level security on your data, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure — if you spot an issue, please tell us.

9. Children

Moreful is not intended for people under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

If we update this policy materially, we’ll let you know in-app or by email. See also our Terms of Service.
